Payments:

A deposit of 1/3 of the total cost will be due when reservations are made. The balance will be due in the Costa Rica Gateway (CRG) office 45 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made with less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment will be due at time of booking.

Payment instructions:

Due to the fact that there are excessive surcharges on accepting credit card payments in Costa Rica for these services we do not use this method of payment. Please issue checks or money orders drawn on US banks and written in US dollars payable to PASO POR COSTA RICA S.A. (corporate name of Costa Rica Gateway) and send to the following address:

**Please make sure that when writing the check that you do not misspell, strike through, or change any information on the check including your address, telephone number, date, or amount both written and in numbers. Banks in Costa Rica are very particular about this and it could delay your payment.

CRG is based in Costa Rica, the Miami address is associated with a very reliable courier service which brings the mail directly to the CRG office. It typically takes mail one week to arrive to our office from the time you mail it, a little longer from England. It takes two weeks for checks and money orders to clear our bank in Costa Rica once we have deposited them.

Funds can also be wired directly to the CRG accounts in both the US and Costa Rica, this is typically more costly but is quicker and especially useful for those making late reservations. Please contact CRG for the wiring information if you would like to use this method of payment.
