Rates How to Book Payment Procedure Terms & Conditions Questions?

High Season Rates (July, Dec-Apr):

2011: Low season $125.00 per person, per night, double occupancy. ¨These are low season rates from April 16 though June, and August through December 15.

High Season rates are $145 per person per night. The high season runs from December 16 through April 15 and July. "

Weekly Rates are based on 7 nights: The weekly discount is that you pay for 6 1/2 nights for a 7 night stay and one free day trip to an alternate site.

Single Supplement: The single supplement is $30 per person per night in the low season dates described above, and $50 per person per night in the high season dates as described above. Rooms #3 and #4, share a bath, and thus the occupants do not pay the single supplement.

Driver discounts: 8 or more guests, driver is free. Less than 8 driver stays at $50/night

Price Includes:

Lodging in Lodge or Casita

3 delicious meals per nights stay

Coffee, tea, and fruit juice (sodas and alcoholic beverages are extra)

Maid service

Other activities or services at an additional cost:

Transportation fees to birding sites where applicable, see Birding the Local Area
Day Tours transportation and Entrance frees
Resident bird guide charged per group (1-8) led in the morning $50, and in the afternoon $40 is charged per group
Whitewater Rafting
Horseback riding at a local provider, we will provide transportation from and to Rancho Naturalista
Laundry Service
Birding on nearby Silent Mountain for all guests
Shopping in the town of Turrialba

Note: Except for guests staying a week, all birding trips in areas near Rancho and day tours listed under Birding Day Tours, Birding the Local Area and Other Activities will depend on availability of resident bird guide(s) and transport. The Rancho staff will do their best to accommodate you on these activities even without prior notice, however the sooner we know of your desire for one of these trips, the easier it is for us to make it happen.
