Expert Birding Guides are available at Rancho Naturalista for a reasonable price. You will see many more birds on your visit to Rancho Naturalista if you decide to hire a local guide because the guides know the local birds – where to find each species, its calls, its behavior, and how to show the bird to guests.

Our guides follow a tradition of being well trained within their specific field and we have some of Costa Rica’s finest guides working hard for your birding desires.

GUIDING AT RANCHO NATURALISTA

Guiding fees are paid directly to the guides, the fee is:

$50.00 per group for a full morning of guiding (up to 5 people)

$40.00 per group for an afternoon of guiding (up to 5 people)

All guiding is subject to availability, if there are not enough guides than you may have to share a guide.
