We welcome day visitor birders. There are two options, you could either bird watch by yourself or you could be accompanied by a guide that may help you connect with some of the specialty birds of the area such as Snowcap, Tawny-chested Flycatcher, White-crowned Manakin and Purplish-backed Quail-Dove.

We have the following charges for non-resident guests:

Entrance to forest trails and balcony birding: $25
Half day Guiding: $55 (Subject to availability of guides)
Full day Guiding: $100 (Subject to availability of guides)
Breakfast: $10
Lunch: $15

Payment for these must be in US$ or cash and this offer is strictly subject to availability. All day visitors must report to the lodge before entering the forest.

If you could let us know about your day visit in advance we would appreciate it greatly, especially where meals are desired. If you could let us know dates and if you require a guide we can try and make sure that one is free on those dates.
